And since human beings have a pronounced negative bias, it is twice as easy to convince you something negative will happen as opposed to something positive, let\u2019s help ourselves by saying \u201cyes\u201d more. Say \u201cyes\u201d out loud. Do you feel the positivity, the forward movement? Yes starts things moving.<\/p>\n<p>Now say \u201cno.\u201d It stops things doesn\u2019t it? Words have power and since you think a word before you say it, you have an internal experience of each word you say. Therein lies the problem.
