At the age of 72, people often ask me for the secret to my ageless vitality. There is one activity that has been instrumental in rejuvenating my aliveness. Rolling and bobbling on different sized balls with a dynamic vocabulary of energizing breath, sound and movement never fails to unleash a virtual ‘fountain of youth.’

Ten minutes of vigorous bouncing balances the distribution of vital energy into all the different systems of our body. On the upward thrust of the bounce, trillions of cells are pitted against the earth’s gravitational pull. This means all our cells are aerated with heightened oxygen. In the downward pressure of the bounce, toxic waste is flushed out of the cells and circulation flows with increased vigor.
